Who Are You?
We hope you are a detail-oriented person who wants to contribute directly to the success of our team while growing professionally. You will be setting up customer accounts in our CRM software, reviewing applications and organizing utility bills into spreadsheets, coordinating audits of their buildings and supporting our sales, audit and installation teams.
There is no selling involved, but you will be speaking with our customers and your teammates on a daily basis. You are comfortable and patient when talking to people. When challenged, you like figuring out a solution that makes everybody happy.
You are comfortable using technology. You read things carefully and pay attention to the details (that is really important).
You look forward to working everyday in a small office environment in Broomall, PA, where what you will do is so critical to our smooth operation, the owners of the company will be interviewing you personally.
What Will You Do?
Your typical day will cover a wide range of administrative tasks supporting our management, field sales, auditing, and installation teams. From answering phones and scheduling appointments to preparing proposal packages and database entry, you will be an integral part of the growth strategy for our small but well-respected company.
Candidate Requirements:
- Collaborative team player who is focused, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Well-organized and responsible critical thinker with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Prior experience with a client relationship management system (CRM)
Other Helpful Attributes:
- Understanding the Business-to-Business sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Four year degree with emphasis in business administration or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with Apple/Mac
- Prior experience with a client relationship management system (CRM)
- Interest in lighting, energy efficiency and savings, sustainability
