PECO offers affordable energy and utility bill savings with their Small Business Solutions Program

Tri-State Light & Energy (TSLE) is pleased to be a valued Trade Ally for PECO's Small Business Solutions program.

From high profile installations like The Philadelphia Art Museum to universities, school districts, and businesses like Amazon and Blinds to Go, we have a forty-year history of serving the tri-state area with excellence in Utility Programs and have successfully installed thousands of energy efficiency projects.

Upgrade your lighting for a fraction of the cost

PECO's program will help improve your facility's energy performance while making upgrading to energy efficient equipment easy and affordable. Aside from reducing your monthly energy costs, the program offers significant incentives to upgrade qualifying lighting and controls.

As a valued Trade Ally, we will expertly help you maximize program benefits to get better performing lighting and a healthier, safer, easier-to-maintain facility.

Benefits of the PECO program

  • PECO pays incentives for high-quality, energy saving equipment upgrades
  • Drastically reduce your maintenance costs and have new warranties in place
  • Increase your facility’s value
  • Lower your utility bills - in many cases, the savings will pay for the upgrades
  • Turnkey project - we take care of everything from permits to recycling removed materials
  • Qualifying measures include Retrofit LED lighting solutions, controls, and more

Program participation is easy

  1. We conduct a free, no-obligation, on-site energy assessment of your facility.
  2. We review qualifying measures with PECO and give you a proposal with recommended upgrades and PECO’s approved incentive.
  3. You approve the proposal and we prepare for the installation of top of the line energy-saving equipment that will cut your energy costs while saving you time and money.
  4. Your portion will not be billed until you are ready to commit to your project. TSLE can help you access financing for your project portion.
