Founded in 1981, the Fountains at Cedar Parke is a full-service senior living community located in Atco, New Jersey. Offering assisted, independant, and companion living to residents, the Fountain’s 10.3 acre campus is comprised of several different housing types and a wide variety of use-specific common spaces.
Project Summary
In need of a reliable energy services company to design and implement efficiency upgrades across The Fountain’s 450,000 sq/ft property, Constellation Energy asked Tri-State Light & Energy to execute the project. After completing a comprehensive audit, Tri- State installed new high efficiency lamps and ballasts, LED interior lighting, and occupancy sensors.
The project, which involved working in residential units, required a high level of sensitivity and coordination from Tri-State staff to assure that the privacy of residents was respected and intrusions into daily life were minimized.
Throughout construction, the staff and residents of The Fountains consistently praised Tri-State employees for their professionalism, adaptability, and maintenance of remarkably clean workspaces. The project stayed ahead of schedule and was completed with time to spare.

I wanted to extend my sentiments as well as the sentiments of the rest of the staff and our residents, that the crew from Tri-State was so wonderful. They were friendly to everyone, courteous (especially to our residents) and all in all everything ran so smoothly. Just as important...in my eyes...they always cleaned up after themselves - there was never a time I had to remind them to throw away trash or pick up after themselves; which was very refreshing! The Residents even brought it up at one of their meetings how nice and friendly and respectful they all were....and that is amazing because some of them are very territorial about their apartments. Thanks again Tri-State for the wonderful work!
