New Jersey Natural Gas Direct Install Program offers affordable energy solutions for small businesses

About New Jersey Natural Gas Direct Install Program
NJNG’s SBDI program is specifically designed for small businesses. NJNG will pay for 100% of the project up front with customers repaying as little as 20% of the total on their bill with a five year 0% on-bill repayment.

Process
- We conduct a free, no-obligation, on-site energy assessment of your facility.
- After reviewing the assessment results, we give you a proposal that includes qualifying energy efficiency measures and NJNG’s approved incentive towards your project.
- You approve the proposal.
- We install top brand energy-saving equipment that meets or exceeds program requirements that will cut your energy costs significantly.
- Enjoy the savings, improved cash flow and lower energy usage.
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in NJNG's Program, you must be a business customer under 200 kW average annual electric demand. We also need the following:
- A completed application for each facility
- 13 months electric bills
- 1 month gas bill
- Floor plan (to conduct the facility assessment - can be a fire escape plan or a quick drawing).
