Tri-State Light & Energy, Inc. (TSLE) brings you over four decades of design-build experience ranging from lighting and HVAC upgrades to comprehensive facility measures.

We work directly with small, medium, and large commercial, industrial, and institutional end-users across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic areas. We also work extensively with ESCOs and the MEP community. In addition, we provide program delivery and implementation services for statewide energy efficiency programs and public electric utility incentive offerings.

Our Engineering division includes Professional Engineers (PE) to provide integrated design and construction services for a wide range of mechanical and electrical projects. In New Jersey, TSLE holds Certificate of Authorization and DPMC Classifications for Engineering Services and Electrical Construction to serve NJ state and municipal customers.
