$100 Million Milestone Reached With New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program’s Direct Install Incentives

Friday, April 17, 2015 - New Jersey's Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) surpassed the $100 million milestone for incentives awarded through the Direct Install program. New Jersey Board of Public Utilities President Richard S. Mroz presented Hamilton Township Fire District #2 a check for $87,965 in energy efficiency incentives through the Direct Install program. The project includes installation of energy efficient light fixtures in the Mercerville Firehouse garage and common areas, six new air conditioning units and a new gas fired boiler, as well as occupancy sensors to reduce electricity needs when rooms are not in use.
